Qazaqconcert invites you to the concert "In the Language of Music," performed by the woodwind and brass ensemble of the Kazakh State Symphony Orchestra.

Timed to coincide with World Music Day, the concert highlights music as a universal language connecting people, cultures, eras, and artistic traditions. In the evening's program, national motifs and world classical traditions will take on new life through the expressive capabilities of wind instruments.

The program will feature Claude Bolling's Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio. Blending elements of classical music and jazz, this work will be performed on flute, piano, double bass, and percussion.

Audiences will also experience Richard Galliano's "Tango for Claude," performed on clarinet and accordion. The vivid character of tango and modern musical expression will lend a special dynamism to the program.

A highlight of the evening will be the premiere of specially arranged Kazakh folk songs for woodwind quintet. Familiar national melodies will gain a fresh sound through flute, oboe, clarinet, French horn, and bassoon.

Soloist of the concert — Khadisha Yelubayeva.

"In the Language of Music" is an encounter of national music with world traditions, classics, jazz, and tango on a single stage.

We invite you to feel the borderless universal language of music together!
