Qairan Äke is a musical evening dedicated to the legacy of Nurymbai Suleimenuly, an outstanding representative of the Ili–Altai–Tarbagatai performance tradition, renowned küyshi and composer.

Nurymbai Suleimenuly was a gifted küyshi and composer who preserved the distinctive performance characteristics of the küy school associated with the Ili, Altai, and Tarbagatai regions and passed this rich tradition on to future generations. His compositions profoundly reflect themes of love for the homeland, patriotism, national identity, moral values, and the upbringing of younger generations.

The concert program will feature the composer's finest works while presenting his artistic legacy and performance tradition in a broad and meaningful context. Artists of the National Center Halyq Qazynasy, together with the descendants of Nurymbai Suleimenuly, will perform on one stage, demonstrating the continuity of generations in the art of küy performance.
