By the Order of the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 1 July 2026, Adil Orynbassaruly has been appointed Deputy Director of the State Academic Concert Organization "Qazaqconcert" named after Roza Baglanova.

Adil Orynbassaruly was born in 1989 in the Akmola Region.

In 2010, he graduated from the S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, and in 2018, he graduated from the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in State and Local Administration.

He began his professional career as a Human Resources Specialist at the State Public Enterprise State “Theatres of Astana” under the Akimat of Astana.

Throughout his career, he has worked at the Department of Culture of the Astana City Akimat and has held the positions of Director of the State Public Enterprise “State Theatre of Astana”, General Director of the “Palace of Peace and Reconciliation” under the Astana City Akimat, Director of the “Astana-Baiterek Monument”, and Deputy General Director of the Municipal State Enterprise “Jastar Saraiy” under the Astana City Akimat.

For his significant contribution to the development of the cultural sector, he was awarded the honorary "Madeniet Salasynyn Uzdigi" (Excellence in the Field of Culture) badge of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
