Artistic Director of the State Academic Concert Organization “Qazaqconcert” named after Roza Baglanova

Yerlan Rysqali is a performer of traditional and folk songs and a representative of the Arka traditional music school. He is an Honored Worker of Kazakhstan and a laureate of the First President’s Foundation Award.

He is the Head of the Traditional Art Center “Halyk Kazynasy”.

A graduate of the A. Zhubanov Republican Specialized Music School and the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory, he completed an internship under People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Kairat Baibosynov. He also studied in the United Kingdom in the field of Arts Management.

He has worked as a soloist of the Kazakh State Philharmonic, a lecturer at the T. K. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, and as an editor-presenter on Kazakh Radio.
