The ensemble was founded in 2013 by the distinguished Kazakh pianist, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holder of the “Qurmet” Order, Professor Timur Urmancheyev. Bringing together piano, violin, and cello, the ensemble developed its own distinctive performing style that combines academic traditions, artistic expressiveness, and outstanding professionalism.

The repertoire of FORTE TRIO embraces a wide range of musical styles and eras — from Baroque and Viennese Classical masterpieces to music of the 20th and 21st centuries, contemporary compositions, and original concert projects. The ensemble’s concert programs organically combine world chamber music masterpieces with works by Kazakh composers.

Over the years of its artistic activity, FORTE TRIO has earned recognition from audiences and the professional community, becoming a regular participant in prestigious international festivals, concert seasons, and cultural projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
